How two people, both with highly developed critical acumen, one of whom who has the faculty to realise that Baz Luhrman’s stuff is crap, and both presumably with the manual dexterity to operate an ON/OFF switch, can wax lyrical about ‘Twin Peaks’ for six and a half hours is completely beyond me.
Ms Bahr did bring up ‘Dune’ to put the whole episode into some kind of perspective, so that’s something.
What next? An episode devoted to what Michael Hutchence and Heath Ledger’s love child would be like?
I did like the introductory part, though.
