The anthology reviewed in this episode is another of these that set the standard for what a themed anthology should be. I wonder if they’ll do an Easter themed one one of these days. Or even…Thanksgiving.
John makes the point that there are numerous countries in the world and that each of them might have a Christmas tradition – even countries that aren’t predominantly Christian might have some stories worth exploring. And where the Christmases are hot with no snow, reindeer or (sometimes) chimneys – well, we have our Christmas stories, too. ‘A Very Antipodean Christmas’.
it’s also good to hear the happy Ms Blakeslee brighten up the season.
